Chapter 10: Jungle Love

It was at night and Sora was now dressed in her pajamas. She had placed the golden flower on her dresser. She had heard from Professor, Ami, Dawn, and Tai that the flower had somehow healed her from her snake bite. She smiled, a bit as she held the flower lovingly. It wasn't just that it saved her, it was because Tai gave it to her that made it so special. Sora smiled, He has the most sweetest shy smile and the nicest brown eyes...However, this caused her to frown a bit. Believe it or not, it made her remember of her old crush.

Sora is laughing a bit with her friends. One is a boy her age with blonde spiky hair, blue eyes, and wears a white long-sleeved collared shirt, green jacket, and tan pants. He is Yamato "Matt" Ishida. The second one is a girl with rose hair, a blue-red-and-white  The two had just recently came out of school. It was the last day of school. Sora smiled at Matt and was about to say something when she saw a Chinese girl Trixie Tang see Matt and shout elated, "Darling!" Sora's eyes widened in shock and horror. She did not just call him "darling"! She watched in horror. Matt then turned to Sora and said, smiling, "Oh, Sora. Meet Trixie Tang." Sora said, trying not to show any hurt, "Is she your...?" Matt smiled happily, "Yeah! She's my girlfriend! We just dated and I just wanted to introduce her to you..." Sora's eyes widened and just as Trixie was about to say "Hi" to her, she ran off stunning the two.

Sora sighed a bit, sadly as she placed the flower back on the drawer. She finally said, "What am I doing? You'd think that I would have learned..." She sighed.

Sora: If there's a prize for rotten judgment/ I guess I've already won that/ No man is worse this aggravation/ That's ancient history been there done that!

Then, Dawn and Ami came up to her, shocking Sora. They smirked at each other, knowing she was in love but she just didn't want to admit it!

Dawn, Ami: Who do you think you're kidding?/ He's the earth and heaven to you/ Don't try to keep it hidden/ Sora, we can see it through you/ Sora, you can't conceal it/ We know how you're feeling/ Who you're thinking of...

Sora blushed but then became frustrated.

Sora: No chance!/ No way!/ I won't say it, no no!

Dawn, Ami: You swoon, You sigh/ Why deny it, uh-oh?

Sora: It's too cliche, I won't say I'm in love

Dawn and Ami looked at each other as they looked frustrated. Sora was just not going to admit her feelings for Tai so easily! Sora went outside.

Sora: I thought my heart had learnt its lesson/ It feels so good when you start out/ But my head is screaming, "Get a grip, girl!"/ Unless you're dying to cry your heart out!

Dawn and Ami sighed, not liking how Sora was being stubborn.

Dawn, Ami: You keep on denying/ Who you are and how you're feeling /Sora, we're not buying/ Heck, we saw ya hit the ceiling/ Face it like a grown-up/ When ya gonna own up/ That ya got, got, got it bad

Sora: Whoa, no chance, no way/ I won't say it, no no!

Dawn, Ami: Give up/ Give In/ Check the grin, you're in love

Sora was walking when she tripped but a hand grabbed her hand, making her regain balance. She looked up, seeing it was a statue of Tai. She blushed and smiled, wishing it was the real Tai. However, she quickly snapped out of it.

Sora: This scene won't play/ I won't say I'm in love!

Dawn, Ami: You're doing flips/ read our lips/ you're in love!

Sora: You're way off base/ I won't say it (Dawn, Ami: She won't say it, no!) / Get off my case/ I won't say it!

Dawn gave Sora the flower Tai gave her. Sora got it gently and then smiled, blushing.

Dawn, Ami: Sora, don't be proud/ It's okay you're in love

Sora: Oh, at least out loud/ I won't say I'm in love

Sora sighed and smiled a bit. She sniffs the flower and smiles.

The next day, Tai was taking Sora somewhere. Ever since Kaa bit her, he had been worried. Something told him that she, her friends and family were in danger, and not just them, he felt he was vulnerable as well. Sora had her eyes closed as Tai had instructed earlier. Sora said, "Tai, can I open my eyes now?" Tai smiled, as he lead the girl in the vines, "Not yet." Tai and Sora stopped on the curtain like moss that lead to the trees. He threw back the moss aside and lead her to the place. Tai said, "Okay, you can open them." Sora opened them and gasped in amazement. There was a beautiful waterfall and trees.

Sora smiled, "It's so beautiful!" Tai said, "Actually not as beautiful as..." He blushed and continued, "Your beauty.." Sora gave a shy smile, "Oh stop..." Unknown to the two, Jake, Greymon, Stitch, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash were looking at this. Jake then said, angrily, "This stinks!" Stitch blushed nervously, "Sorry..." Jake growled, "No! Not you!" Rainbow Dash added grumpily, "Him! Her! Alone! Together!" Fluttershy said, sweetly, "Aw, that's so sweet!" Greymon snapped, "No! It's not sweet! We have to break them up!"

Jake: I can see what's happening

Rainbow Dash: What?

Stitch: And they don't have any clue! They'll fall in love and here's the bottom line, our Hakuna Matata's done!

Agumon: Oh.

Greymon: *French accent* The sweet caress of twilight/ *Normal voice* There's magic everywhere

Rainbow Dash: And with this romantic atmosphere/ disaster's in the air!

Rainbow Dash said, "But what do we do?!" Stitch laughed naughtily and climbed on the tree. He began to cut it. The tree began to fall. Fluttershy saw this and realized what Stitch was thinking. She got the tree in time before it could fall and threw it off. She then glared at Stitch, who sulked.

Meanwhile, Tai and Sora were at the river of the waterfall.

Voice: Can you feel the love tonight?/ The peace the evening brings/ The world for once in perfect harmony/ With all its living things?

Tai and Sora sat down and began to rest a bit. Tai looked at Sora, as she closed her eyes, dipping her feet in the water.

Tai: So many things to tell her/ But how to make her see/ The truth about my past, impossible/ She'll turn away from me

Sora: He's holding back/ He's hiding/ But what? I can't decide/ Why won't he be the King/ I know he is/ The King I see inside...

Tai went into a vine and swung, landing on the river. Sora looks over, wondering if Tai is okay. Tai rose over the water and dragged Sora with him to the water. Sora got out of the water, drenched. Tai got out, smirking jokingly causing Sora to smirk back and push him to the water.

Chorus: Can you feel the love tonight?/ The peace the evening brings/ The world for once in perfect harmony/ With all its living things?

Tai and Sora left the waterfall and began to leave. Meanwhile, Jake, Greymon, Stitch, and Rainbow Dash were on a tree as Fluttershy looked upset at her friends, refusing to be in the plan to ruin Tai and Sora's relationship. They started to move a bees hive nest so that it can chase Tai and Sora. However, instead of the bees taking their anger on Tai and Sora, they furiously began to chase the four creatures, causing them to scream in terror and ran off.

Chorus: Can you feel the love tonight?/ You needn't look too far/ Stealing through the night's uncertainties/ Love is where they are.

After Jake, Stitch, Greymon, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash stopped being chased, they looked at where Tai and Sora were. Jake, Stitch, Agumon, and Rainbow Dash gasped in horror and shock. Tai and Sora were holding hands, looking at each other, smiling, and blushing. Fluttershy said, happily, “Aw! Look guys!”  

"No! He's smiling that smile..." Rainbow Dash said, horrified. "She's making her eyes..." Greymon said, sad. "No. They're in love." Jake said, shocked.

Fluttershy *smiling* : And if he falls in live tonight/ It will be assumed...

Just as she was about to finish, Stitch interrupted her. 

Stitch: His care free days with us are history (this made Fluttershy frown)

All *except Fluttershy* : In short, our pal/ Is DOOOOOOMED!

This caused Jake, Rainbow Dash, Stitch, and Greymon to start crying like newborn babies. Fluttershy, however, smiled sweetly admiring the new couple. "Aw, they're so cute together..." This only caused her four friends to bawl more, making the tears fall on her. Fluttershy simply shrugged, grabbed a pink umbrella to keep her dry from the tears and continued smiling at Tai and Sora.
